At our bar, we extend an invitation to delve into a meticulously curated array of the region's most exquisite mezcals. Each sip tells the unique story of the agaves harvested and distilled by local master mezcaleros, who have perfected their craft over generations.

But not only that, our bar is not only a place to enjoy exquisite drinks, but a testament to the authenticity that characterizes El Callejón Hotel Boutique.

Carefully carved from an ancient ash tree found on our grounds, the bar pays homage to the generosity of Oaxacan nature.
